Terms and Conditions:

 

  • Two days available to preview the site to be from 18/02/2025 to 19/02/2025 at 09:00 AM till 01:00pm. 
     

  • Bank Guarantee with a percentage of 10% of offer price must be submitted to ZAPIA and must be valid for not less than 150 days from closing date, Certified cheques of the value is accepted, the original of the Guarantee, the certified cheque must be submitted to ZAPIA Finance department no later than 25/02/2025. 
     

  • Paying the annual rent value within maximum period of one week from the contract due day in addition to VAT Value.  
     

  • Tenancy Contract to be registered in Tawtheeq system adopted by Alain Municipality.

  • The tenders are subject to the Circular number (3) year 2021 of Abu Dhabi Procurement Frame Work on procurement, tenders, auctions and warehouses.
